At Loving For The People Who Need Care, we understand that privacy is not just about dataβit is about physical safety. We specialize in discreet care for individuals who require heightened confidentiality.
Strict Prohibition: To ensure the absolute safety and anonymity of our clients, no photography, video recording, or audio recording is permitted by staff, contractors, or visitors within client homes or care facilities.
Digital Security: Modern devices embed location data (metadata) in images. Even a harmless photo can compromise a client's secure location. Therefore, this policy is non-negotiable.
Enforcement: Any staff member found violating this policy will face immediate termination. Clients are requested to inform any personal visitors of this policy prior to their arrival.
We can arrange for billing statements to be sent to a secure address or via encrypted email. We do not leave voicemails or send text messages that identify our services unless explicitly authorized by you.
Our caregivers arrive in unmarked vehicles to avoid drawing attention to the home. Uniforms are generic and do not display large logos that identify our agency.
Our staff is trained in safety protocols, including how to answer the door, how to handle unexpected visitors, and how to maintain silence regarding client locations.
We do not list client addresses on any public records or websites. Our business registration uses a private office address to protect the location of our operations.
For high-security cases, we recommend calling us from a safe phone rather than using the website contact form. Digital forms can leave traces on shared devices.
